Meet the People Behind Da Vinci’s Best Plumbing
Da Vinci’s Best Plumbing is owned by Kenney and Ravee. Kenney leads the hands-on plumbing work in the field, while Ravee helps keep the calls, scheduling, customer communication, and office side of the company moving.
We are a family-run company in the real sense: the business, the phones, the schedule, the trucks, and the family all move together. That matters because when homeowners call us, they are not being passed through a faceless system. They are calling a local company where the work, the reputation, and the customer experience are personal.
Our goal is simple: show up prepared, explain what we find, help homeowners make clear decisions, and do work we are proud to put our name on.
Clear Communication Starts Before the Truck Arrives
Ravee helps with scheduling, customer communication, and keeping the office side of the company moving. That matters because good plumbing service is not only about the repair itself. It is also about answering clearly, setting expectations, keeping the schedule organized, and helping customers feel like someone is actually paying attention.
When we are on another call, away from the office, or cannot reach the phone within the first couple of rings, Karen, our scheduling assistant, helps answer calls, book appointments, screen urgent situations, and route true emergencies quickly. That helps us reduce missed calls and delays while still keeping the company owner-involved and accountable when customers need help most.

Family-Owned, Not Franchise-Minded
The name Da Vinci’s Best Plumbing came from inspiration, not a family last name. Kenney chose the name in February 2023 after connecting with Leonardo da Vinci’s quote: “Water is the driving force of all nature.” For a plumbing company, that line felt perfect. Water is what we protect, control, repair, redirect, heat, filter, and depend on every day.
Two months later, our daughter was born on April 15 — the same birthday as Leonardo da Vinci. We did not plan it that way, and we did not even realize the connection until later, but it made the name feel even more personal to our family.

That family connection affects how we work. We want customers to feel heard, respected, and confident that the repair was handled with care. For us, this slogan is more than branding. It is one of our core values for every neighbor who trusts us enough to welcome us into their home:
