Official Coloring Contest Rules
1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. This contest is void where prohibited by law. There is no cost to download the coloring sheet or submit an entry.
2. ELIGIBILITY: The main adult prize (Water Heater, Toilet, Faucet, or Garbage Disposal) is open only to legal Oregon residents who are 18 years of age or older and are currently living within the company’s defined 30-mile service radius of Rockwood, Gresham Oregon. The children’s prize categories are open to entrants under the age of 18, and their entry must be submitted by a parent or legal guardian who meets the adult eligibility requirements.
Only one entry per person, per month, and you may only win once per calendar year.
3. PRIZE ACCEPTANCE AND TRANSFER POLICY:
- The main plumbing prize/service is awarded as-is and may not be sold, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.
- If the winning adult entrant does not require or want the awarded service or product for their primary residence, they may gift the prize/service to a third party within service area.
- The gifted service or product must be installed or performed by Da Vinci’s Best Plumbing, at an eligible Oregon residence within the 30-mile service radius of Rockwood, Gresham Oregon.
- The original winner must notify Da Vinci’s Best Plumbing in writing within seven (7) days of being notified as the winner to initiate the gift transfer.
4. CONTEST JUDGING:
- Adult Prize: Entries will be judged on skill, creativity, and overall artistic quality by a panel of judges selected by Da Vinci’s Best Plumbing. Judges’ decisions are final.
- Children’s Prizes: Entries will be judged based on age-appropriate creativity and effort. Children’s prizes are non-plumbing related toys or gift cards.
- Prizes Awarded (Rotating Monthly): The winner of the adult category will receive the specified monthly prize, including but not limited to: a Water Heater Installation (parts and labor up to a maximum value of $3,500), a new Toilet Installation (parts and labor up to a maximum value of $1,500), a new Faucet Installation (parts and labor up to a maximum value of $1,500), or a new Garbage Disposal (up to a maximum value of $1000).
5. TAXES AND PUBLICITY:
- The winners are solely responsible for any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with the acceptance of the prize. For any prize valued at $600 or more, the winner will be required to complete and submit an IRS W-9 form, which can be found at https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/fw9.pdf and Da Vinci’s Best Plumbing will issue a 1099-MISC form to the winner.
- By entering, entrants grant Da Vinci’s Best Plumbing a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the contestant’s name, likeness, and submitted coloring page for promotional and marketing purposes without further compensation.
